Because Relooked products are handmade, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at relooked@overlookedmaterials.com and include your order number along with photos of the damage. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our end.

Relooked offers flat-rate shipping on all orders. All products are handcrafted in Chattanooga, Tennessee and orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Because our items are handmade, processing times may vary slightly. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, and tracking information will be provided when your order leaves our facility. Relooked is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
