Because our products are handmade and made to order, we have the following return policy:

Returns

• We accept returns only for damaged or defective items

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Proof of damage (photos) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or handmade items

• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

• Sale or discounted items

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged
